Services are done at your location, depending on safety and access.

We may not be able to carry out work in unsafe or restricted areas.

2. Bookings and Payments

Book online through our booking form.

Prices will be shown or quoted before work starts.

Payments are required at the time of booking using secure methods.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.

Late cancellations or no-shows may not be refunded.

If we cancel, you’ll get a full refund.

4. Your Responsibility

Make sure the mechanic has access to your vehicle in a safe location.

Let us know about any issues or hazards before we arrive.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for existing problems in your vehicle.

We are not liable for any indirect losses (like missed work or towing costs).

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
